I ordered a storage rack from pinekart.com, it was annoying right from the moment it showed up. The box looked like it had been through a lot, and when I opened it, two of the rods were bent and one of the corner pieces was cracked. I sent photos the same day because I figured it would be a straightforward replacement situation.

Instead, support took 3 days to respond and then kept asking for more pictures like the damage wasn’t already obvious. After all that back-and-forth, they only offered a partial refund, which didn’t really fix the problem or cover the hassle. It’s not the absolute worst experience I’ve had, but the way they handled a clearly damaged item was really frustrating.

I ordered from pinekart.com and the whole checkout flow was straightforward. I tend to notice little patterns when sites get clunky, like slow pages, extra steps, or payment screens that feel out of place, but none of that happened here. The pages loaded normally, payment was simple, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Overall, it was quick, easy, and just how checkout should be

The color was a little darker in person, and I had a hard time getting a real feel for the size just from the photos. It’s not a bad item at all, and I’m not upset with it, but my gut feeling is that the listing made it seem a bit more accurate than it actually was. Overall, it’s fine, but better real-life photos would help a lot...

I was actually excited when this showed up, and at first I was just glad it arrived without any shipping drama. The packaging seemed fine enough, so I figured it would be okay once I opened it and started using it.

After looking at it a little closer, though, it just felt cheaper than I expected. The finish was kind of rough, the edges weren’t even, and it seemed like nobody really checked it before sending it out.
I used it normally for a couple of days, and then one part started getting loose and the color was already rubbing off. I did contact them, but at that point the bigger problem was the product itself. For the price, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I got my order today and I was actually kind of surprised by how fresh everything was. The veggies looked really good right out of the box, and they had that clean, just-picked smell you get from a garden or farmers market, not that tired grocery store smell. I know that sounds like a small thing, but with vegetables it makes such a big difference because you can usually tell right away if they’ve been sitting around too long. These definitely didn’t feel like that at all.

My order showed up later than expected, which was a bit frustrating... but the product itself was fine once it arrived. Not amazing, not terrible, just okay overall.

I’ve found some decent discounts on Pinekart, so it’s not bad overall. But honestly... a lot of the offers either feel limited or seem to expire before you really get a chance to use them. I just wish the deals were clearer upfront, would make the whole thing a lot more useful.

The payment options were fine overall, but I don’t know why PayPal isn’t offered. It would’ve been nice to have that as an option.

I can't say I didn't like the products, they were actually good. But the shipping fee felt way too high, and I wasn't too happy about that part...

Not gonna lie, I ordered from pinekart.com thinking the prices seemed fair, but the quality just didn’t live up to it. It felt like I paid too much for something that was average. Delivery was okay, but the value for money really wasn’t there for me. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I checked around on a couple other sites first, just to see what the deal was. Pinekart came out cheaper for what I needed, and there wasn’t any random extra charge thrown in at checkout, so yeah, felt fair to me...

I keep coming back to Pinekart because they have a solid range of products. I’ve found a few things there that I wasn’t expecting, and it’s easy to compare different options. The only thing that bugged me was seeing some sizes and colors out of stock, which feels avoidable. It’s not perfect, but the variety is still better than a lot of other sites I’ve used...

I ordered from pinekart.com, and the item itself was fine, but the packaging was not great. The box showed up half crushed, and the tape was already coming off. Luckily nothing was broken, but it definitely didn’t feel secure AT ALL. They really need to do a better job packing their stuff

Not gonna lie, getting the replacement took a few days longer than I expected. It did arrive in the end, though, so I’m glad it got sorted out

I ran into a small issue with my order and reached out to support, not really expecting much, to be honest. They got back to me quickly, explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and fixed it without turning it into a whole ordeal. Always nice when something gets sorted without a bunch of back and forth. Overall, a really easy experience.

I tried for about 5 days to get an update on my order and only ever got the automatic email back. The chat kept saying someone would get back to me, but nothing actually came through, which was frustrating, I get that teams get busy, but a quick reply would’ve helped a lot.

I eventually sent another message asking to cancel, and still didn’t hear anything. It’s annoying when payment goes through right away but support feels impossible to reach, though maybe they’re just backed up right now.
